SECTION .0400 ‑ NOTICE OF RULE‑MAKING

21 NCAC 42K .0401          TIMING AND MANNER OF NOTICE

When the Board decides to conduct a rule‑making proceeding, either in response to a petition or otherwise, the Board shall give notice as required by G.S. 150B‑21.2.
